Anyone have a tip on how to get a nice look from a Tichel which doesn’t involve 25 steps like those on the Wrapunzel site?!

I just found a nice one on thelittletichellady’s instagram (using a square scarf). Good luck!

How about the original way. Fold a large square scarf in half to form a triangle. Tie the two ends under the point . Tuck the pointy part of the tichel under , twist the two long ties to form a half knot at the top of your heads tuck in loose ends .

I wear wrapunzel style every day (for the past 5ish years). I know it looks intimidating but I literally put on my volumizer and one scarf. Tie it, wrap one side around the head again, tie again. Thats 3 steps. If I want to be fancy, I’ll add a sash or headband. Sometimes I wear 2 scarves but its just one extra tie. Try the link that was posted above for the playlist of beginner ties. Have fun with it!

Here is a tutorial for the wrap I tried to describe in my post above. Its quick, just 3 steps (including putting on a volumizer) and polished. Looks beautiful and easy to jazz up with no extra effort. https://youtu.be/jJh97h5T6oc
