We will be spending afew days in Tannersville ih. Are there kosher grocery/resteraunt there? Or any stores that sell kosher food??TIA

Tannersville near the Poconos, so I guess PA. Isn't it one big city bordering NY & PA?

Poconos is tannersville PA but it doesn't border NY
The two Tannersvilles are nowhere near each other

You should check where you're going. Most frum Jews who go to Tannersville in the summer go to the one in NY, in the Catskills near Hunter Mountain, and it indeed has a full kosher grocery store with a small restaurant as well, called Country K (http://www.countryk4u.com/).
