Hi! Does anyone have a low sugar low calorie recipe for the ice cream maker? Vanilla, strawberry, pomegranate, choc? I’ve been thinking of combining fresh fruit and lemon vanilla low fat milk, but what do I substitute the heavy cream with to get the creamy consistency? Tia

I think they say they gelatin good.
Or simple syrup

Low cal and low sugar are not the same thing. Would you consider keeping the heavy cream in the recipe but subbing xylitol or erythritol for the sugar? I've done that, it will work.

I know they’re not the same but I’d like to keep it low in sugar and fat. Thanks tho

I’d start with looking up low-sugar sorbet recipes online, then add back in dairy if you’d like to increase the creaminess.
