I’m making a fondant covered cake. I’m looking for a delicious buttercream recipe to fill the layers & cover the cake with.
Anyone have a recipe that they have used & love?

I usually use this one as a base and add flavos (lemon essence/coffee etc) to match the cake I’m making:

I lalways use the recipe on the side on Dominoes confectioner sugar box! I substitute water instead of milk. You can probably also sub almond soy milk...
