Looking for dinner ideas for the 9 days. Some restrictions:
DH cannot eat any dairy
Neither one of us like fish (aside from tuna fish)
DH generally cannot eat raw fruits or vegetables
Ideas I thought of:
Tuna patties
Fish sticks
Corn on the cob
Potato Knish (any recipes for this?)
Plain pasta / with sauce
If people can post ideas with recipes, that would be great.
Thanks!

You can make lasagna with tofu or cashew ricotta. There are lots of filling pareve soups you can make and serve with bread. What about shakshuka?

Never heard of shakshuka. Will google it, thanks.
Beans -good idea, something we would like. I forgot rice as well, I can have that as part of a meal as well.
I don't know if hubby would like tofu. I can try it.

Vegetable kugels - potato, spinach, butternut squash/sweet potato as sides or mains.
Hard-boiled eggs, omelets, scrambled eggs etc
Pareve cholent with pareve kishka for Thursday night!
Tuna quiche - I think I found the recipe on this site - pie crust, 2 cans tuna, 2 eggs, 2 T ketchup and 2 T mayo (or something like that - search for it!)
Good luck!

My favorite is a zoodle shakshuka from food blogger Busy in Brooklyn.
I also recently had a green Swiss chard shakshuka at a restaurant, was really nice.

refried beans and tortillas (with rice, salad, roast veggies, sour cream...google for ideas)
lentil curry and rice
roasted veggies or stir fried veggies
dairy free quiche or frittata
spanish omelette (potatoes and eggs)
Tuna and tomato sauce with pasta
gnocchi
sushi
Have you tried fresh tuna? Its yum but needs very careful cooking (ie do not overcook - needs to be rare)

I made super easy potato knishes last night!
Two malawachs, slightly defrosted, rolled out, and cut into quarters. Fill them with mixture of potatoes, sauteed onions, and an egg to hold it together.
Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame. They should be ready in about 20 minutes at 350°.
