Anyone have good recepe I can make with out a machine?

You can make this in a bread machine, mixer or just knead by hand:
1 cup water or apple juice
3 cups flour (Can use up to 1.5 whole wheat or white whole wheat flour)
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt (I usually use a little less)
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
3 tbsp oil, I usually use olive oil
Whatever spices you like: a little pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, parsley, thyme, oregano...etc
If you have vital wheat gluten it's always good to add a little in
This recipe freezes nicely too
