I have a dress that'll probably fit the average 10 year old (I live in North Woodmere)
I am posting it so you also see the quality and beauty of the dress, it has a built in 'petticoat' too and looks pretty fluffy.
I ordered it from this website, it took a few weeks (ships from China) but we loved the dress, it is beautiful and it was very well priced, I think about $80. You can customize the size.
