Just got a new cast iron dutch oven which I just got done kashering and re-seasoning.
What's your favorite recipe fitting for a dutch oven?

Tons! I use mine (I have several) several times a week. Braised meats and chickens, stews, chilis, soup, roasts, etc etc

No knead bread! Oh my gosh, so easy and so delicious. There are tons of recipes online.
I like to make mine with calamata olives and rosemary, with coarse kosher salt on top.
Obviously you can't eat it with butter, and not everyone is comfortable using margarine. An olive oil, salt, and zataar dip is wonderful with it, and so is babaganoush.
