I want to make minute steak for dinner tonight. I’m out of onions, what’s a good recipe without onions.

Just leave them out of your regular recipe.

I don't know your recipe but it should ve fine.

You can put a drop of water on the bottom of a pan, add steak and sprinkle with garlic powder, then pour BBQ sauce on top. Bake covered 2 hours.

Rub with garlic salt, paprika, pepper. Broil 6-7 minutes on one side, flip and broil 4 minutes on the other side. Rest 10 mins.

I usually smear oil on the minute steaks and then sprinkle garlic and onion powder and mix ketchup and brown sugar and coat the meat.
