This has been a known fact...that’s why insurance companies charge higher rates to young male drivers than female.

Depends what you consider “better” I think the title of the article should have been safer being that the article brings statistical evidence that women are less likely to speed, get stopped... that may be the exact proof that women are not such good drivers being that they are very scared, don’t drive quickly, hold up a line of cars while turning left, at a four way stop sign etc... so to many men they are annoying and not “good”(meaning risk takers) drivers.
