Hello! We are looking to move towards the avenue I foster parkville 18th ave. Webster Ave area (of Kensington, or perhaps has another name?)
Looking for a 2 bedroom, would love 1.5 bath/2 bath but will be realistic and ok with 1 bath
W/d hookup (we have w/d)
We are ok with a basement in good condition (no mold) or flight(s) up in order to save money. Price range 1200-1500 including utilities.
We are currently paying a lower price for a basement apt 2 bedrooms 1 bath not including utilities in bp.

You’re not going to get a reasonable price in that area, unless you go more towards Coney Island ave where the Arabs are.
