I bought a tongue a year ago, it was in the freezer the entire time is it still good?

Funny this thread came back up. I just found a frozen ran French roast in my freezer from 2016. So maddening, as I've made French roast like 20 times since then and didn't realize this lone piece of meat way laying in there. I do freeze things well, so I'm gonna try making it. Will update 😁
