Hi,
I am working on finishing up my masters in Literacy and a requirement of 2 of my classes is that I need to work with at least one child. I used to teach public middle school - 6th grade, and am certified in Maryland and NY. So, if any of you know any middle school students (5th-7th grade) that have difficulty reading, I would love to tutor them in reading for FREE! Normally, of course, I am teaching, but this year I am at home with my baby. Please let me know how we can help each other. You can PM me or respond via this thread.

Wow! I wish you were in Pgh.
Call a local school. I'm sure they could find someone who has a financial need and reading trouble!
Do you have any freinds out here?
