My daughter made a chocolate cream pie yesterday, intending it for yom tov. When she was done, I realized that I am not sure if it can be frozen, or if it can last in the fridge even until Shabbos? What do you think? Can I freeze it? Can I keep it in the fridge for 5-6 days? It's all baked but the whipped topping isn't on yet....Thanks!

I always freeze it. Depending on how firm or soft you want it, that's the amount of time before or during the meal that you should take it out.

What’s your recipe for chocolate cream pie? Sounds delicious and freezable
And if I do instant pudding mix will it thicken with soy or almond milk?
