I am considering making sheva brachos at our house (not catered) for my brother in law and would love some tips/menu ideas etc. Especially any ideas of things that can be made and frozen in advance. Really doesn't need to be fancy but it needs to be a lot of food. I'm just a little bit daunted as a first timer to all of this. Thank you!

My last menu.
Potato leek soup
Salmon
Grilled veggies (sweet potatoes, shallots and portobello mushrooms)
Large fresh salad
Garlic angel hair spaghetti
Ice cream and fresh fruit for dessert
Cooked myself but hired 2 waiters for the event so I can enjoy it more. Also rented nice fabric tablecloths which made the setup dressy. Was about 65 people.
Good luck.

I like your menu but most of what you made is not freezable. It's hard cooking all of it the day of.

marinated salmon can be made in advance. Potato knish logs freeze very well. Soup freezes well. You can put some lettuce and grape tomatoes and some nuts with a dressing on side on table setting by each plate.

Do you want fancy or homey?
Chicken can be prepped 100%, frozen raw.
All you have to do is defrost the night before and bake fresh the same day.
Roast can be made and frozen, gravy/sauce also, but frozen seperate.
Unfortunately, salads, veggie, sides need to be done fresh, but can be prepped from the night before.
You can also set the table the Night before.

Definitely going for a more homey feel. Thanks to all the responses. I'm going to start planning!
