Where in Brookyn can I get one to rid tiny houseflies?

Do they come already potted?

I read online it needs a light and distilled water. Is that true?

Can I keep it in a kitchen or room with not that much light?

I used it and it worked. My kitchen wasn't overly light, we did use distilled water for it. I bought it in a large chain supermarket at the floral counter.

I ordered one on Amazon, and flies fly right over it, and nothing happens.
