I am looking for your favorite beautiful easy Hebrew lullaby. If you can post a video or scores or even only the text, it would be appreciated. (and yes, I could just use google, but it's so much more fun to hear from you personally, ladies)

The only Israeli lullaby I know is "numi numi"- something like
נומי נומי ילדתי
נומי נומי נום
אבא הלך לעבודה
הלך לעבודה
יביא לך
I don't know the rest

I sang Al Kol Eleh to my kids. And another song that starts Shvu, shvu, kol hayeladim... But I don't think you can find it anywhere online.

You mean the Naomy Shemer song?
I couldn't find anything for shvu shvu.

Yes. Although I only remember the first verse.
The other song is something my father learned growing up in Israel. It's about a garden where angels live, and when children are asleep, the angels leave the garden, kiss the children, and fly home again. Sounds a bit silly, but it's really very lovely.
I wish I could find it in print or a recording of it.

I didn't think of Al Kol Eleh as a lullaby but its been on a continuous loop in my head since I watched the koolulum version. I've been singing it all day since I watched. Sometimes I sing it to my kids at night. I love koolulum and would love to attend.
