What is the best internet filter for samsung phone that will let use whatsapp and kosher sites. Shopping , and youtube videos that are ok. Do filters destroy or slow down my phone?
I know there are other threads about this but I'm looking for recent experience.

Netspark from TAG. The only one that hasnt killed off my phone and u can set filters through the admin

I have netspark as well. You can choose what you want to allow so I am assuming you can allow Netflix and definitely Facebook. (I don't have either bec I don't want it so I can't tell you for sure)
