Wouldn't buy it. Honestly the model irks me the way she is butting out her chest just makes the whole thing look awkward.

The style doesn't flatter me, unfortunately so I would never buy it, but to me there is no question that's a Shabbat dress.

Too high a neckline for me, so I wouldn't wear it.
But if it had a lower neckline I'd like it and I would wear it to semi formal events. For me it would be too dressed up to wear to the grocery store or to the park. Good for job interview or bar mitzvah (unless my own kid's then I'd dress fancier).

Why is the style in quotes? Many people in Brooklyn have a great sense of style.
And I live in Brooklyn and would never wear that for weekday.

That dress doesn't flatter. It is cut wrong. It gives you a stomach if you don't have one. It gives you a bigger stomach if you have a little pouch.
Look closely at the sideways picture of the model, she is 10/20 lbs thinner than she appears in that dress.
I would pass on the dress.
