Title says it all. Best restaurant within an hour's drive of Philadelphia. Sibling lives in Philly, coming up on a big birthday, I'd like to take him out to dinner. He's completely secular, if that matters.

Depends from where is philly, but sushiana in highland park is decent. (If he likes sushi)

I wouldn't drive all the way from Philly to Highland Park. I've also heard good things about Citron in Philly (or whatever it's called these days, it keeps changing names), or maybe find a place in Cherry Hill. If you want to go farther, there are supposed to be excellent places in Lakewood.

My brother will eat sushi. My husband, OTOH, won't. But thanks. I'll definitely keep it in mind for another occasion.
