Not sure if this is the correct forum. I have an Instant Pot that I would like to use as a crock pot. I'm at work from 8:30-5 and would like to turn it on in the morning so the food is ready when I get home, but as of yet, I'm having trouble figuring out how to set it so it cooks all day. The online boards are of no help since they all have different opinions. Anyone have experience with this?
Side Note: DH comes home for lunch so if I have to, I can ask him to turn it on.

I hope someone who uses an Instant Pot will chime in with instructions for setting the timer. I just wanted to point out that the Instant Pot isn't a good substitute for a slow cooker, which is why I no longer have mine. Beans stay crunchy even the next day, so be sure to use ingredients that don't need a lot of cooking. An option is to have your husband start up the pot for pressure cooking at the end of his lunch time, and set the pot to keep warm for a few hours until dinner.
