There is one Frum store that sells only Plus sizes- Woman's Wardrobe: 1483 Canterbury Rd, Lakewood, NJ 08701 Phone: (732) 901-4777.
You can also try Periwinkle- store that has alot of Plus Size clothing- 6951 U.S. 9 n unit, Lakewood, NJ 08701. (732) 730-9900.
For non-jewish stores, you can try Dress Barn in Howell- 4747 U.S. 9, Howell, NJ 07731.

For Jewish stores it’s considered average, similar to Brooklyn southwest (regular skirts approx $50-90). I got a long velvet skirt for $45. They have a 50% off rack in the back. The sales people are very helpful you can call before traveling there. (Didn’t check for plus when I was there so don’t know about that)
