Any suggestions for a good side dish with spinach that isn't a salad?

Sauté it with garlic, red pepper flakes and some lemon juice or dry white wine

It's yum in a grilled cheese sandwich - the type you make in a sandwich maker or panini press. You can make it on a griddle too. Put a generous amount of spinach because it shrinks. If you want, you can sprinke salt or seasoning to taste.

ETA sorry I guess I skimmed and missed that you're looking for a side dish.

Pan roast baby tomatoes in a small amount of oil until skin begins to blister. Throw in baby spinach for the last minute or less until just wilted, with salt and pepper. Can add some sliced red onions with the tomatoes.
