Yes . The type is different . And I moved from Lakewood so my costs went up as opposed to someone moving here from Brooklyn for cheaper housing.

these type of questions and answers are so subjective...
How big is the home?
How big is the property? what are property taxes?
etc..
Not a blanket statement of costs since each home is different and each persons needs unique...
