Need Small wedding Hall with great view east coast

My friend is looking for a hall. She is older and wants a nice view but not expensive. Like beach or mountains. Not in the city. Could be small. Something kind of exotic.

I was once at a wedding that fits the description of what your friend is looking for.
I don’t remember the name of the hall but it was in riverdale overlooking the Hudson River.

Marina del Rey and Terrace on the Park are both extremely expensive. OP, when you say she doesn't want a hall, would she be happy with an open outdoor area overlooking beautiful natural scenery, or does she still want a more formal structure to host the wedding?

If she's looking for small with a view, maybe try looking at event spaces in hotels outside the city.

Sounds like it. But its outrageously expensive.

If I were her, I'd look at small venues in Westchester or Long Island that would allow her to bring in her own caterer.

Small not expensive and stunning.

Its on huuuge grounds and at night the nearby lights are amazing.

You dont feel like youre in Brooklyn, its more like a Westbury feel, with the huge grounds.

I went to a nice wedding at the Lawrence country club. Small (fits about 200), inexpensive, and has big windows overlooking a golf course.

Are you sure it was in Riverdale? I'm from Riverdale and don't know of any halls there...
Marina is closest but not at all cheap (as other people mentioned)

Aloft in downtown Brooklyn.

They have a rooftop bar, with view of the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty. I heard someone rented it out for a kosher venue. Not sure the size, but believe it's not to big.
