I don’t be know what TO is but another idea is LIi-lac chocolates who has a store in Brooklyn.

There's a great chocolate company that's available in some stores - honest to goodness cholov yisroel dairy fancy chocolates. Comes in gift boxes. I've bought online from a Lakewood place for delivery and I see them available at the big supermarkets. They're expensive.
