Milky Way is the pizza store, really good pizza.
https://www.milkywaypgh.com I’ve only gotten dinner here but their menu has some coffee/breakfast-y foods.

I haven’t been there recently, but my in-laws live in Pittsburgh and have been to this new-ish meat place - https://cafeeighteen.com

Murray Avenue Kosher is the kosher grocery, they have a deli counter with a variety of pre-made foods. They also sell loose bagels and you could get yourself a container of cream cheese, but no pre-made sandwiches or fresh eggs, pancakes, coffee, etc AFAIK.

The Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Shady and Forbes is also kosher (not chalav or pas yisroel).
