I don't claim to be a parenting expert, but I do have a few boys K"AH. I think kids learn more from you as a person than they do from your parenting methodology. Model the middos you want to see in your children. Your boys will likely be very heavily influenced by yourself and your husband, assuming you have a good relationship with them.
Model kindness, responsibility, empathy, work ethic, love for Torah, etc....
In addition, let them feel that they can trust you and that you have their back.
And daven.
(But like I said, I'm not exactly a parenting expert.)

My active boy I send every day to make 100 jumps on our mini trampoline to release energy. Also he acts out when he needs the bathroom & when overtired. When he gets home he has to release all energy pent up during day sitting thru class all day

My least quiet and docile child is a girl.
My most obedient and docile toddler a boy.
I do agree that several together makes a lot more!
