Was planning on leaving my crockpot on tomorrow, with a meat dinner. My cleaning lady will be in the house alone for a few hours. Is there any way to work around this Halachicly? How can I do 2 simanim on a jof crock pot? I am having a hard time getting through to my LOR.

PLEASE look for a backup Rav for situations like this. You cannot rely on advice you receive here for sheilos of any kind.

Thank you for presenting this question.
I don’t think it’s something I ever thought of. I wonder if I ever left the crockpot on and the cleaning lady alone in the house... please post whatever info you find about this.

Why wouldn’t two Simanim work? You can tape the lid on in more than one place and sign the tape in Hebrew. It works under hashgacha, why not in your home? Also will anyone else be home or be a possibility yo walk in?
