Can you please tell me your favorite place to stay? There are so many options.

Which part of miami do you like best and why?

Which hotel? I am very particular and need it to be really well kept.

And of course, suggestions for places to go, eat, and things to do are all appreciated.

Thank you!

I personally like staying at grand beach in surf side. There are kosher hotels in walking distance.

From asking around, it seems like this is very popular. Does that mean it will be very crowded.

Maybe I'm dreaming, but would love to sneak some quiet time on that rooftop pool...... or find a quiet spot on the beach

Any tips?

This probably is expensive for just a couple. From whom did you rent? Do you remember around how much it was? Were the accommodations nice?

Sorry, it was awhile ago. There were definitely smaller houses available than the one we rented, but if you need to be walking distance from a shul, that will limit you. And we rented off of either HomeAway or VRBO. We were happy.

Ocean Z hotel has a rooftop jacuzzi option, but it's not particularly close to anything kosher IIRC
I like the St. Regis personally- which is walkable to all the Surfside restaurants and a few minyanim, but it is on the higher side- cost wise.

For a couple who want to be in the heart of the frum community in NMB, there are small studio-type rooms to rent (called efficiencies) usually added on to people's homes. They vary in quality and amenities, but are usually pretty well kept. Price is typcially $150-200/night. Some come with private use of the family's pool.
