Amazon gift card. They have an option that you can print at home. Its emailed to you to print within 5 minutes of ordering . It’s a card and a gift card, you can type a message and choose a nice design. You will just need an envelope to fit this type of card- 8.5x11 paper folded in 4.

One of the teachers at my school just got a warm cozy looking blanket, that we were all jealous of. I think it was from home goods. Another idea is tea and interesting honey- trader joe has...You could come up with a line about being so sweet.
