I make a delicious mix almost daily.
*4 cups (1 bundle) spinach
*2 kale leaves
*3 pieces celery
*1 cucumber
*4 green apples
*3 oranges
*1 lemon
Blend well.

Instead of making it alone, I order it from Sury Hirsch. She makes fresh juices at night and delivers it to my door in the morning!! amazing and delicious. She does green juice, beet & carrot juice, citrus and smoothies. All done fresh and delivered. A pleasure.

I used
Pckg frozen kale.
Pckg frozen avocado
Pckg frozen mango
1 green apple
3-4 sticks celery
Water
Did it with knife blade in food processor.
It's bitter, not well blended, tasteless & creamy instead of liquidy juice

Yes orange juice might help , add one cup and take it from there ... bananas might help too

The drink from O's Is a great idea, but comes out very expensive. If you have a good blender and recipe and patience, it's worth doing it yourself

for next time - if you aren't looking for creamy - don't add avocado or mango.

What's wrong with it?
Too thick? Tastes too green? Too spicy?
If it's too thick, add ice or water. You can strain it through a coffee filter (will take awhile) too. If it tastes to "green" add some apple and/or lemon or ginger. You can also freeze some of it to add to sweeter smoothies and juices rather than drinking this batch. If you added too much lemon or ginger, then dilute it and add more of everything else and freeze what you can't drink.
