Hey. Does anyone have a good recipe for spare ribs? Not just plain, old BBQ sauce. I want something different. Got any ideas? Thanx.

A friend of mine mixes grape jelly and heinz chilli sauce together and just poars it over the meat - its beyond delicious.

I got one. it is deeeelicious. and oh so easy.

7 tbls brwn sugar
7 tbls water
7 tbls soy sauce
2-3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

mix together and pour on the ribs.
bake at 400*F for 45 min. covered.
