I baked a dietetic muffin recipe today.
The recipe called for Greek yogurt and a drop of milk.
They are full baked. Can they stay out overnight even though there is dairy in them? They would taste much better room temperature than cold and hard from the fridge.

NEver put your baked goodies in the fridge! Freeze and defrost if you want it to stay fresh. fridge just makes them stale.

Yes, I know that the fridge will ruin the texture of the muffins. That’s why I didn’t want to put them there. I was afraid that since there’s Greek yogurt in them, it could spoil if left out. Like cheesecake... after it’s baked it has to be refrigerated.
