Pretty sure Ridge is a more popular area than oak and vine. $2300 sounds normal

Okay, you are seriously tempting me to move to Lakewood just for this. 6 bedrooms for 2k a month????? In LA that can barely get you an old 2 bedroom flat.

Rent is cheap, big houses are affordable, kosher food is cheap, tuition is affordable.
But you won't have the culture and weather and job opportunities and community that LA had to offer. Every place has its pros and cons.

Do they also have basements? Im looking for a 6+ bedroom in that area. Also, what are the houses like? Do they have playrooms and studies?

The basement is rented out separately, usually to a younger couple. These homes probably have 5 bedrooms. Yes, they have a playroom and study.

I know. I was kidding. Highly doubtful that we’ll ever move to Lakewood. We love LA.

meanwhile in Cleveland, only the fancy schmancy mansions rent for $2000 + per month. And not a lot of houses have more than 4 bedrooms unless you buy and add on.
