I’m doing a seuda for the first time and would like some advice on my menu.
It’s going to be buffet served.
About 20 adults 20 kids
For the kids
Burgers w buns
Hotdog w buns
Fries
And they’re welcomed to eat from the adult food.
For the adults
MinI pita at the table
Huge green salad
Shawarma
Israeli salad
Mini Pita
Tehina
Short ribs
Vermicelli rice
Roasted string bean almondine
Corn beef
Red skin roasted potatoes
Red cabbage salad
Dessert
Ice cream bar
Brownies
Anything I should change up
Anything doesn’t go
All ideas need to be easy
If it could be made in advance a plus
I need ideas on how to set the table, elegant and whimsical. Everything will be disposable except for the tablecloth
For the kids I’m putting out crayons and coloring pages.
They will be sitting outside in the patio that overlooks the dining room. Or they can sit by their parents.

Sounds delicious! May I suggest a lighter chicken option instead of schwarma? Like grilled chicken breast on salad? Everything else is quite heavy and rich, light and fresh will offer something to balance it out.

I dress the Purim table like a clown. Half the table vertically in a bright blue table cloth and the other half with a bright red table cloth. I use bright yellow napkins and plastic cutlery and bright green cups . (All disposables)
When I lay the salads and serving trays out in bright yellow bowls I lay it don the middle to look like buttons on the clown costume .
If you want to go to the next level you can put a big round challah with Googly eyes and a felt red nose and mouth at the "head" of the table.
It's bright, cheerful and very Purimdig.

Sounds like an amazing menu.
The only thing I have reservations about is the potentially messy combination of ice cream bar + kids.
Maybe serve each kid an individual portion of ice cream at the kids table (keep them out on the patio ) and put bowls of toppings on the table for them to have fun with.

If you have pita by schwarma stations then you don't need pita by every setting. You can do challah rolls or diff type of bread/rolls baguettes by every setting.
Also can you do some club rolls, ketchup, mustard, pickles by corned beef station?
Sounds like a yummy fun menu
If you are afraid of ice cream bar making a mess...maybe roll in dessert table only after meal is done. Also instead of needing to scoop for everyone maybe have ready stuff like ice cream cakes/logs or frozen miniatures. Or presliced/plated
