Yes. You can expedite it if you have proof of travel. You need the birth certificate in order to apply.

If flying you need a passport, if driving an original birth certificate is enough (and a notarized note giving permission from the other parent if he's not traveling).

Not sure why a few ppl said yes unless they assumed you meant by plane. Passport isnt required for car or sea travel to Canada for children under age of 16.
