Hi Everyone,
My 18 Month old is allergic to milk and I'm ready to give up nursing.
What is recommended as a milk substitute?

I used unsweetened vanilla flavored hemp milk. After researching I found that it had the most nutritional properties from the available options.

Ripple milk is great. Lots of protein, omega 3, iron. It's pea milk, has pea protein. Chof k parve. I find it in fridge of Target. Some stop and shops or ShopRite may have. They also have a website. They have original, vanilla, chocolate flavors. Some also come unsweetened.

Completely allergic, or lactose intolerant?
DD was lactose intolerant, and she did really well with goat's milk mixed with fortified soy milk.
