He decided to sell the store to the new business that creats personalized s-e-x towels. Turns out it was profitable business after all (even though most on here voted here 4 yrs ago they wouldn't buy one....)

I'm glad everyone had a good time speculating - and gossiping - about why Amnon's was closed today. While some of the suggestions were meant sincerely or at least in good fun (like mine!), this thread was reported for lashon hara as well.
I removed the lashon hara, but honestly, this thread doesn't currently seem to seem to be serving any productive purpose. Hopefully Amnon's will resolve its issues and reopen shortly. If it doesn't, and anybody has any confirmed and relevant information they would like to contribute to this thread, feel free to PM me to have it added.
