DH is the Rav of the congregation
The Ladies Committee is making a carnival/Purim party tomorrow night.
I always help out
They all are coming in costume.
I don’t want to be the “party pooper”
Please help me figure out what to wear.
Something simple since I’m not into this and would rather look dignified in Shabbat clothes.

Why not just don a tiara or crown and some extra bling and call yourself Queen Esther?

I would wear a bright fedora on my shaitel and a bunch of dollar store necklaces.

Make pigtails with your sheitel. Tie each tail with a ribbon. Put pink blush on your cheeks and dot your cheeks with makeup pencil to make cute freckles. It's nice to have fun sometimes.

Wear the standard head covering of a different community.
I know two ladies of a similar build who traded sheitels and clothing. Everyone did a double take.

Draw a heart on your cheek.
Wear a different color shaitel.
Put on a tutu skirt and matching ballet shoes.
