That’s like asking for the best book to read. What are your criteria? What kind of bread? White, whole wheat, rye, multigrain? Sweet, not sweet? For eating or for toast? Fast rising or slow? Soft and fluffy, firm and chewy, doughy? What’s “best” for you may not be what’s “best” for anyone else.
