I made stuffed manicotti ahead of time and froze it. Now I wanna cook it. Do I have to defrost it first or just pour over the sauce and bake? How long do I bake it for? Thanks so much ladies.

If it's raw thaw it first before adding the sauce and baking. (I'd actually prefer to thaw first either way).
