Most of these gifts didn't turn out perfect. They were regifted and they turned out perfect for someone else.

Could it be she didn't know what Santa was? We once got an xmas themed outfit. I'm sure the person just thoughts green and red were pretty and reindeer were cute. Im sure it wasn't on purpose.
If she ordered it online its possible they sent the wrong one

I bought a hello kitty watch in a frum houseware store for DD. She picked it out and asked me. I said yes without examining it. It turns the watch hands were candy canes, and she was wearing a Santa hat.

Well, it came in handy, but was probably the most expensive toilet paper in the US.
in that shipment there were also plastic tote bags with quite a few pieces of dog hair inside
It’s pissble the toilet paper was put in to pad and protect the other items.....?
