Every year I treat myself to something new to enhance my seder table. This year I would like to "upgrade" from.the disposable plastic bowls we use under the bechers at the seder. What I would love is something in glass with either an etched design or a gold or silver colored rim. Smallish-say, dessert bowl sized, and not crazy expensive. Has anyone seen anything like that?

Last year I bought pretty gold trimmed glass little cups and matching plates at the Buzz on Coney Island Ave.

Get saucers. They are meant to be used under cups. They are deeper than plates since they are designed to contain spills. You may even find ones with the indentation the correct size for your cups.
