Anyone know where I can get a dress for a toddler that has a decent neckline (doesn't have to cover collarbone exactly), 3/4 or long sleeves, and covers the knees?
I am NOT asking if you think this is normal
I'm just asking if anyone knows where I can find dresses like these online.
Yes, this is for the summer.
TIA

What size? A lot of the Jewish brands only start long sleeves at 4t.
You could get sleeveless and use a shell.

In the wintertime Old Navy and other stores carry long sleeve cotton knit dresses . But by now they may have been sold out.

A sleeveless dress with a shellonesue and a sash in a larger size (3/4) works well.

Tons. Gap, children’s place, gymboree (rip) but also definitely the department stores. Just buy a size up for more length

She's only 2T.
I'm concerned about dealing with comments from family and others (as you can tell from the defensive tone in my original post.)
I don't want to size up because I don't want her to look "shlumpy."
I still want her to look put together and cute.
We're trying not to do shells because I think she'll be hot enough with one layer.
I found this dress which seems nice for shabbos:

Need weekday as well and want the knees covered. Most carters, old navy, gap etc. come to right above the knee.

I bought this dress in a few colors for my tall 4 year old and it's a longer length and covers the knee. However she doesn't like them and refuses to wear them 🤔. They'll probably be back in stock in the long sleeve version in the fall. Zulily also has them from time to time.

You can also try Land's End. Most are too short, but they sometimes have longer ones.

Search for "toddler dress long sleeves" on Amazon. I just did a quick search and there a few nice cotton dresses in size 2T very cute. I think some very religious Christians only dress their girls in dresses so there is a market for dresses in that size.

I don’t think it looks shlumpy. We have always tried to keep dresses near our daughters knees. She’s 4 and outgrowing her 4T and will transition to size 5 this summer. It depends on the cut of the dress. My girl is skinny so some of the GAP dresses are too wide but others fit great. Don’t be defensive: your baby, your choice e

Thanks everyone.
Kalmodestwear looks great!! Pity they start at 3-4
I'll keep it in mind for next year.
Thanks pesek zman. I'm just so fed up from their comments. And I know that this summer they'll only increase. I've asked them straight out to stop but some family members just can't help themselves; it irks me but you're right, I have to work on not being defensive.

I have taken in some dresses. Adding a sash or ribbons into the seams helps for the wide dresses. Dd is 16mo. She has a dress that is a 3t that hits midcalf. Just pinned at the back neck was enough to make it look right.

I would just find a dress you like and do shells. I think you will have a much neater look and more flexibility. And this way you can change it when not visiting.
Lands end dresses cover knees but don’t have sleeves.
Can you get exact guidelines - it helps simplify things. There are yeshivish ‘rules’. I’ve never seen very yeshivish or chassidish dress 2 year olds that way.
Like no sleeveless or pants after 3.
Cover legs and elbows and knees at 5 or 6.
Even in the most yeshivish places in Lakewood (bmg, yeshiva minyanim, etc) I never had an issue with girls under 3.
H&M had very cute little girl dresses that were long. But short sleeve.
You can check kidchic but at that age most is short sleeve.

You can ask them where they shop. Or they don't shop online?
