Hi! I’ll be traveling through the 5 towns/queens area next week. I’m from the Midwest and plan to shop pesach food products there. (Not chicken or meat) Which store has a better selection of pesach products.? Which is more reasonably priced?
Also, do you know if any of the stores ship and fir what cost?
TIA

Hi. I live in the five towns.
Neither are cheap.
Gourmet Glatt is better pricing, although seasons can have good sales.
Gourmet Glatt has MUCH better meat if you’re into that. Their meats are beautiful, clean, and delicious.
Seasons will have good sales on their meats. A lot of it is tevyas ranch.
Don’t know if any store ships out of town.
Best to call them and ask.

They are close enough that you can go to both. Check out their circulars of specials on-line. Gourmet Glatt is larger and probably has a better selection. Their prices on grocery (not meat/chicken) items are probably cheaper. You may also want to check out Kol Save.

The prices in Queens are definitely better than in the 5 Towns except for maybe Kol Save.
If you're going to be in Queens then check out Aron's - they have a separate Pesach store this year that's already fully stocked.

I found the prices in gourmet glatt to be better than in Aaron's and prices at Kolsave in Lawrence to be better than Moishas.

I found some things less expensive at moishas, and some less expensive at kolsave. I don’t go to Brooklyn, I get my order delivered, so I’m shopping only here now :-( have to go to gg for whatever kolsave doesn’t have....

Hmmm! Starting to get confusing for me. I’m not familiar with all the stores mentioned. I will only have time for one store. I am not shopping for meats or chicken products. Which store do you think I would do best at, in terms of variety and prices.

You can try checking the prices for a few key items on the store websites and then decide which is the best place for you to shop.

If you’re just shopping grocery items for pesach then kol save would be best priced. It’s owned by Gourmet Glatt. They don’t have all of the products and brands though.
If you want a full selection with brands then Gourmet Glatt is better priced than seasons.
