Marinated Broccoli Tomato Salad
from the Kraft food magazine
Salad:
1 pkge frozen broccoli, defrosted and cut up
1 cup cherry tomatoes or 2 tomatoes, cut up
1 small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup almonds, toasted if possible
Dressing:
1 T poppy seeds
1/2 cup dressing, Raspberry preferred
2 tsp mustard
1 T sugar
Mix your broccoli, tomatoes, and onions in bowl. Stir your dressing ingredients into the mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
