Using the mixed grind from local grocery. Anyone have a recipe and cooking instruction please?

I use my regular hamburger recipe, but I get the breadcrumbs a bit wet first and add bbq sauce to the mix. You dont want it to dry out. Then lather with bbq sauce before grilling.
