In Boro Park or Flatbush. She does not want to go to day camp. Which places employ such young girls?

Most 14 year old are assistants in local day camps. Apply to a few day camps and try to apply with friends.

In NYC most daycamps hire 14 year olds. That's when they legally could get working papers for the summer.

Guys.... OP said /no/ daycamp
OP... I'm not sure what age she'd need working papers, but... What kind of work is she willing to do?
Is all childcare out? Bc if not daycamp, what about a steady babysitting job?
Or maybe she could work sorting books at the library
Counting inventory at a store, if she doesn't want to work on the front
Maybe check local listings to see what places have summer jobs

I understood that she doesn’t want to go to day camp as a CAMPER. But any kind of job within a day camp should be fine. Assistant of any sort as in- Mora, headcounselor’s assistant, crafts, baking, secretary.......
Op, if this is what you want, then now (- till after Pesach) is the time to call the camps.
Just to add, I just did this for my dd 13. She’s going to “work” for a pre Pesach fun school. She’s so excited. She going to be the run-around secretary. (Or whatever you want to call that). I think this will really boost her confidence. She will feel so good about herself.
