The weather keeps bouncing around! One day it's in the 60-70s then in the 50s. What are you dressing your kids in every day?

So far it’s long sleeves. I start short
Sleeves when it’s like 70 and above.

I live in monsey. No reason to do short sleeve until it is consistently warm throughout the day. You can do thin long sleeve.

It’s been in the high 70s, low 80s where I live for the past couple of day.

Long sleeves. I'm not in any hurry to change anyone's wardrobe. When it's really summer, we'll know.

My kids will want to wear their new shirt sleeve stuff, so I'll put a cardigan over it. No shorts yet until it's warm enough for them.

I'm going to reporter your post so that the admins can work on it. I see what you mean

Long sleeves. I’m in Brooklyn. It was only really warm one day so far. And even that day was not warm enough to need short sleeves. The warmest part was low seventies.

No more heavy sweaters but a long sleeve tee shirt is perfect.

Depends on the day. One day this week I put short sleeves with a hoodie. If they were hot they took it off. For the most part I have been doing long sleeves though. I check the weather each day.

The first person who posted anonymously on the thread was called amother OP.

Sorry I have no idea how to advise you about shirts.

Long sleeve tees until it isn’t a question anymore

The same, except if it’s really hot. I remember one pesach a few years ago that one day of pesach chol hamoed was randomly 91 degrees. My kids wore tank tops that day. The second days they were back in their cardigans for the 50 degree weather. I don’t believe in torturing kids.

Lol! True. My oldest son has been wearing short sleeves while I'm bundled up in three layers in my house. But I agree , with the others that say until it is obvious that short sleeves are needed , we stick to our long sleeves (besides for teenage sons who "know best")

That’s true. My ten year old went out today and said it’s so hot, he should be wearing short sleeves. I found three shirts from last year that still fit him, so he can start wearing them if he wants to. It doesn’t bother me. When I get around to buying him more, then he’ll have more. For now he doesn’t really need them so I’m not going to drive myself crazy.
